Your delivery is usually made by the seller, there are instances where Attichop delivers where arrangements are made to have this service provided for the Seller.

You can look to receive your merchandise within 48 hours post making your purchase. 

If the required 48 hours has past and you have not received your order, please dial 1 (786) 638-7440 or send an email to shop@attichop.com, we will make contact with the seller to determine the delay for you immediately. 

Your earnings are sent by wire transfer to your bank account placed on file with us. Be sure to add an active bank account to your Seller Backend for accurate deposits. Check and Double Check the account number and the name on the account to make sure they match. Account’s whose account name is incorrect will be returned to us. Returned funds are subject to a return fee which will in turn be deducted from your earnings. 

Also note that payments are transferred to your account within 2 business days and are subject to a Successful Delivery Please read up on how to execute a Successful Delivery.

When a purchase is made, the seller receives an email to prompt them where and to whom they should deliver the product.

When the seller arrives to make the delivery, the purchaser receives an email to check off on quality assurance. The

purchaser has a right at this time to cancel the purchase if the item is damaged, not as it appears in the photo on Attichop

Marketplace or is damaged in some way. It is important as the seller to make sure the item is delivered clean, in great

working order and as it appears on the website. Once a Delivery is declined the funds are returned to the purchaser and

never hits your account. It is imparative to deliver like you would like to receive a product to avoid in person cancellation.
